GLENFERNATE FRESH MEAT

VENISON

Wild venison is the most natural and healthy meat in the world.    It comes from Red Deer which roam uninhibited over the Scottish Highlands.   The meat is lean and completely free of anything artificial.

In accordance with good practice we cull the stags in the summer and autumn months, and the hinds in the late autumn and winter.

Our own facilities for hanging and preparing venison enable us to despatch properly-hung cuts direct to you ready for your use or for home-freezing.

Our regular prices for individual cuts are as below.   Delivery by carrier in mainland Britain is free for orders over £180.  You may of course mix meats in an order.
