We keep Galloway and Bluegrey cattle breeds, which are slower to mature, but which produce tremendous meat. In the summer the cattle graze the hill pastures. In the winter they are fed silage and beef nuts which are free from additives. We are Farm Assured and our feed comes from a Farm Assured mill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We hang our beef for three weeks for full flavour and texture. Everything that we sell can be traced back to its origins.
