The meat is properly hung, butchered and packed, ready for delivery, on our premises. By selling the meat in this way, we avoid the high costs involved in opening a shop. You are therefore offered the very best of Highland produce, at prices that are outstanding value, delivered direct to your door.
We also market free-range pork, chicken, turkey, bacon and gammon joints. These were added to our range in response to the many enquiries we had received from customers asking if we knew where to find good quality pork etc.
The chickens are free-range and come from Maryfield Farm in Banchory. We place orders for them, and they are delivered to us fresh every week. We do order a few extra chickens and freeze them so that they are also available frozen. We do not sell chicken portions but are happy to cut, vacuum pack and label one into portions for our customers free of charge.
Maryfield Farm also supplies us with free-range Bronze Turkeys at Christmas. As they have proven to be very popular it is advisable to order early.
The bacon and gammon come from Forres and are dry cured. We stock plain and smoked, back, streaky and Ayrshire Middle.
The pork is from Tamworth pigs and are noted for their flavour. They are naturally reared outside on a private estate in Crieff. We then butcher and pack them on our own premises.

Orders can be placed by e.mail, telephone, fax or letter, and will usually be delivered within the week.
