Grazing Deer

Our venison comes from Red Deer that roams uninhibited over Glenfernate Estate in the Scottish Highlands. This gives us high quality meat that is free from anything artificial.  In accordance with good practice, we cull the stags in the summer and autumn months and the hinds in the late autumn and winter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our facilities at the farm allow us to hang, prepare and butcher venison to your individual requirements. The meat that is delivered direct to you for your immediate use or for home freezing is of the highest quality, succulent, tender and bursting with flavour.
